You get what you pay for.
Inexpensive, small and light. There are very few applications where I need to hammer this light. I have fairly large hands and the grip is a bit small for me. I still use it on rare occasions. If you're on a budget and just getting started with leather embossing, you should do it. If you are serious about leathercrafting, replace it with a better quality hammer. I should have bought the Tandy hammer a little more expensive.
