The product is not good, I will not buy any more.

I already read about all the shortcomings in the reviews, I thought I might be lucky, but alas. There was nowhere to check in my city. It is categorically not recommended for people with back problems. And yes, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One of the most unsuccessful purchases, money down the drain. It is better to buy an ordinary chair. Phrases on advertising labels about Japanese quality cause nervous laughter. I will never buy anything from this company again and do not recommend it.

Pros

Cons

- The most important thing is absolutely anatomically INCORRECT back! The lumbar support is too low, it is simply impossible to sit (height is about 176 cm), no adjustments help, it is too narrow and hard! If you have a wide back, then it will rest against the glands of the stop. The support frame presses very hard on the mesh, even in the unscrewed state, there is a fear that it will tear over time. The back just falls off, the chair for 5k was many times better. If you take the option with a soft seat, it will be even worse. It is completely unsuitable for work - even in the most upright position, it is too tilted back, and the lower back does not touch the back - On the second day, I noticed that the gas lift does not hold, it constantly lowers - The armrests play, and one is much stronger than the other. It doesn't bother me, but it's annoying. They appear to be indestructible. - Absolutely useless headrest for me - When assembling, it is very difficult to set everything relative to each other so that it is even. All holes are oversized to fit by hand “After a couple of hours, everything started to creak like an old spring bed. I tightened the bolts - it helped for a couple of hours, then it started again - Wheel chocks are one of the worst solutions. The heavy chair has become generally motionless, even when you sit on it.
