This is my first Pi and the Pi itself works great with the display and case. The case feels sturdy enough for travel and is perfect for the Pi 4. It comes with the cable you need to power the device. I was hoping to run it off the portable battery out of the box, but would need to explore other cable options to make that happen. No problems setting up or installing Raspbian. This kit comes preinstalled with NOOBS. I'm having a lot of fun learning how to set it up and immersing myself in the Linux environment. Ultimately, I'll be using Kali Linux on it to learn offensive home security, and it looks like it'll do just fine for that. I first decided to learn more about Raspbian to see if I wanted to switch my other machines to a Linux environment. The Pi 4 seems to work fine. I'm used to running macOS and Windows 10 on fairly powerful machines, so Raspbian seems a bit sluggish in comparison, but I expected that right away. I also expect it to run much faster after learning how to tweak the OS for my needs. The only problem I have is with the keyboard that came with it. The trackpad is absolutely unreliable. I didn't expect there would be a Magic Trackpad or anything like that, but I have a 4-5 year old Logitech keyboard with a built in trackpad that works without any issues. I would use it if I could find an adapter. At the moment I'm still using the keyboard because the keys work fine, but I'm also using a Bluetooth mouse I had laying around and it works fine except I've now disabled 2 USB ports. Didn't check the ethernet port. However, wifi works fine with AC and with my hotspot. I would consider just buying a Pi 4 kit and adding this case if it's cheaper than this kit. The keyboard costs nothing. In relation to the display, it's perfect, it just doesn't work properly. Update: Yesterday I noticed graphical corruption on the right side of the menu bar on the display. I have started the return process.
