Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

I did not find much use from rounded edges (except for the appearance, perhaps), but there is already one minus, the text on these edges is distorted.

Bixby and its button are neither warm nor cold, the button is not accidentally pressed, maybe my hands are not big enough for this.

The old Samsung Note had different aspect ratios, the S9 plus looks narrower and longer. Such a screen probably has some advantages, I have not yet felt it.

The battery does not shine with viability, but I did not expect miracles from it.

According to a 10 point system, I can give the phone 8 points with a minus: minus a point for a SIM card and a memory card, another point for the inability to record conversations and a minus for a battery that cannot be changed.

Pros

1) appearance 2) large and bright screen, screen size 3) the camera, there are enough modes and change in seconds, it shoots perfectly in the dark indoors 4) performance 5) 2 sim cards 6) the number of identification methods - by fingerprint, by face, by iris, pin code, password, pattern, choose for every taste 7) waterproof 8) amazing sound for a phone, the last time I heard a similar one in one of the Nokia models, it also had two speakers. Usually, the sound in even top-end Samsung phones and tablets disappoints me, in this case, on the contrary, I was pleased with both volume and quality. 9) 64GB memory 10) flashing indicators of missed calls, messages, etc. have been preserved. 11) can transmit sound to two Bluetooth devices, have not tried it yet, but if it works, then it's just great

Cons

There are two main disadvantages: 1) you need to choose - either 2 SIM cards or one SIM card and a memory card. In the budget phone Samsung J7 and smaller, 2 SIM cards and a separate memory card somehow fit, but this one does not. 2) you can not record calls. The old Samsung Note had an Automatic call recorder for several years, which I didn’t even think about since the day I installed and bought the premium version, but it did its job perfectly. I was upset that it was impossible to record a conversation in Whatsapp, Viber or Skype. I thought, due to the fact that the phone is old and in the new all this will be possible. In the new and top S9 plus, not only can you not record Whatsapp, not Viber, not Skype, but ordinary calls have also stopped being recorded :( I don’t know if it’s because of the phone or because of the android, but what is, is. I'll have to look for something under the root and it's not a fact that I'll find it. Cons that upset less: 3) non-removable battery, it will not be possible to change it after 2-3 years. As I understand it, most likely this is a price for water resistance, so you have to put up with this minus. 4) the back panel is a collection of fingerprints (as well as the front one, however), I don’t know how the surface is processed, prints can be removed and easily, but just as easily they reappear. The phone itself is also rather slippery, in my opinion it is quite dangerous and not very convenient to wear it without a case, so I immediately ordered the LED Wallet Cover. There is also one minus in the case, when the front cover is folded back, it does not fit tightly to the back, so the phone is not very stable in different holders (monopods, tripods, etc.) where it needs to be clamped on both sides and theoretically in the most inappropriate moment it can fall out.
