Worked fine after modification
Cartridge has 2 alignment pins that must fit into 2 holes in the valve body. The new one didn't fit. I carefully cleaned the holes with descaler and scraped off the remaining minerals with a knife. The cartridge still does not fit. Then I filed the plastic pins several times until they fit the holes. 2 hours x 20 mins work. The cartridge works perfectly, does not leak. My contractor installed this shower a few years ago using cheap Lowe brand hardware. Do yourself a favor and insist on the brand name.
