This is a great slicer. I'm so amazed at how easy it is to use. He does everything. I like that I can puree pumpkin for schnitzel. I can cut vegetables thin or thick. If I'm not ready to use it at this point, I can cover the top and store it in the fridge. it comes with so many different attachments. it is very strong and durable. Stainless steel blades that I like. There is a trash can. The IU slicer does everything for you. He spills my veggies, cuts and mashes them. this is a great addition to my kitchen. I will use this a lot for canning. worth the price and I can only recommend it. great price for a great cutter. An essential item in the kitchen.
