Supplied in plain brown box. I love that I feel like I'm paying for the product and not the packaging. My cockatiel loves it. . . He's big and busy. A lot of things to rip and shred. Some parts are quite short lived, others have held up quite well. I'm a little nervous about the rope catching on a nail but it hasn't happened yet. The plastic clips can be easily reused after the toy is destroyed. Surprisingly we have house rats. Everyone takes every opportunity to break into the birdcage when the cage is missing, climb on it, explore and of course nibble on this toy. Looks like I'll buy more. . .
