In five minutes we found two MAIN defects

I ordered, waited and was happy when I received a delivery notification. I opened the box, connected it to the charger and opened the instructions. Read for a few minutes and then I went to the play store to download and install the app. After installing the phone, I found the #1 main design flaw. When installing the phone in landscape mode, the "bottom" edge of the phone should rest against the stabilizer part, making the charging port inaccessible. The main problem is that it's not possible to connect external devices to your phone while it's in the gimbal, meaning you can't use an external microphone that uses a fixed connection (like USB-C or Lightning). Mistake #1. In order for the device to work properly, the phone must be properly plugged in and "balanced". If the phone is a larger form factor (I'm using an extremely thin Pixel 3XL as an example), the clip holding the phone needs to be extended to the point where it's likely to be caught during certain pan/tilt movements. This can be solved by changing the position of the clip slightly (both sides slide out and can do so independently), but this can unbalance the phone. When the clip comes into contact with the stabilizer during recording, "scratching" noises will be heard in the final product. Crash #2 Other issues that indicate problems but are not necessarily fatal crashes as above are: - The Hohem website for Mobile+ references something called "Sprot Mode". Clearly a typo, but it indicates that the company isn't taking the time to fix things. The "W" and "T" sliders on the phone work as described (slide up and hold to zoom in, zoom out and hold to zoom out), but these functions are the opposite of Wide and Telephoto. Wide Angle is the same as zooming out, but moving the switch toward "W” zooms in. The "joystick" that controls the phone's positioning is in the opposite direction relative to the phone's movement. Pushing right rotates the phone clockwise, pushing up rotates the phone with its top edge facing you. This is correct in terms of how the phone moves according to the image, but it's the opposite of how it would perform on a tripod. The included charging cable is useless at all. It's too short to be practical and you must have your own USB charger to plug it in as it isn't included. The app isn't intuitive and doesn't automatically select camera settings. I also don't like that videos are saved in a separate location, which makes them a little harder to find in the Google Photos app (you'll have to go to Libraries as they don't show up in the main photo feed). and videos). I've had it for less than an hour and am already working on packing it up to send it back.
