Review on CaregiverDesktop EHR by Phil Morales

The ease of access to medical records is great for my patients as well as myself. Accessing past appointments can be challenging but I'm working with our IT department to improve this process! I wish we had more options and features in terms of adding photos or videos from phone/tablet to record visits rather than having to use an old school CD drive. As mentioned above it's difficult at times to find older files when searching through current ones. This program has been invaluable in helping me manage patient care and keep track of doctor appointments. It allows me to keep up to date easily by updating information online instead of printing off paper copies which are hard to store.
