This item came fast and well packaged in a hard white box. It looks and feels very sturdy. And to my surprise, as a plastic product unlike others, it comes without any bad smell. The included pump is handy and works very well. I can easily adjust the fullness of the seat with just a few strokes by using the enclosed pump. Plus the good price, I see this as a very good buy!At work, I have got to sit on the office chair and looking at the PC screen for hours without relaxation. I really feel much uncomfortable when sitting so long hours a day. Some days, I just get bored and fidgety when sitting on a plain chair. This work also makes my back and shoulders aching sometimes.This balance seat is a real hit and offers me totally different feel for sitting on a chair! At the start, I like sitting on the much smoother side. Then I prefer sitting on the spiky side rather than the smooth one. It does help me sit up straighter and avoid aching between the shoulders from extensive computer work. I got used to it and now I won't go back to a plain chair.
