The roast and grill pan are great but the soup pan is terrible.
The pot was disappointing as when I reheated the rice and shrimp they started to stick to the bottom and the handles were incredibly hot and I had to use an oven mitt to protect them. I had to soak the pan to wash it properly. I think it's just a pot for cooking soup or pasta. The shallow pan and shallow grill pan are great, it's easy to cook and the bacon or eggs don't stick. I have a gas stove. This is a beautiful set. and a huge plus from Italy and not from China. and 1 of the best selling pans in Europe and 1 of the top 5 frying pans, google it like me.
