Review on 🕯️ All Natural Soy Wax 464: Premium 10lb for Candle Making - The Perfect Choice! by Amanda Castillo

This wax is either defective OR NOT 464 grade gold. I have been using this particular brand and type of wax as a candle maker for over 6 years and as soon as I opened the bag I noticed a few things. The wax flakes seem to be covered with a sandy substance and secondly there are droplets of moisture in the bag. I melted the wax and then noticed that it was an odd yellow color compared to a transparent slightly white color, but I can see the bottom of my watering can, this wax hasn't melted at all. Then I noticed black particles floating in the melted wax and I just decided to stop and return the wax. I just cleaned my cans so there's no doubt it's wax. Also, droplets of moisture can affect your ability to smell your wax (although you can try heating the wax hard enough to burn off the moisture), and these black particles can clog your wicks. I only go with Golden Brand (supports American farmers) and never order wax from Revain, but I was in a dilemma for a custom order and thought it would be ok since it's the wax I always use, it definitely isn't that. Lesson learned! I put batch labels so the seller can check their bags to fix the issue. Update: After the wax hardened, it turned into brown tar/stains that were on a quarter inch of the wax and even on the walls. Jug. See last picture.
