Review on 🔒 Enhanced Power Tailgate Lock for Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra - POP & LOCK PL8110 by Collin Jackson

I hate writing bad reviews, but in late 2017 I installed a lock and cable in the trunk and applied power to it. It worked fine. It took a while because on June 18th I routed the wiring under the truck and connected it to the lock/unlock button on the door. The lock didn't work. Took my truck to a mechanic for another job and asked me to check my connections. The connections were correct as there was voltage at the quick connector. They removed the lock and applied power but it didn't work. When I tested it in 2017, it worked a total of four times. It broke when installing it in the trunk. This product is designed to lock and unlock every time you use your key fob or door knobs. How would it stand up to daily use. I will try to send it back. I don't want to be replaced with a similar product unless they replaced the faulty solenoids.
