I am disappointed that I unpacked this item to behold the screen with a vertical and horizontal line of pixels with no signs of damage from drops or dents in the packaging. This shows me that it came in the box as food. The box with full plastic wrap looks brand new, note you are advertising it as new and unused. Now, while I'm disappointed when I first encountered a broken screen, the picture quality is appalling to say the least. Not a gamer, so I can't judge the image's response to movement. The connection to other devices has worked flawlessly so far.
