and that would be a shame because it's a great product. That's too much of a good thing for my home garage.

I almost gave up on this product after reading some of the reviews and that would be a shame as it is a great product. It's overkill for my home garage, but all in one, neat and I like it. I'm glad I bought it. Three criticisms I'd like to comment on that might help someone else... • Difficult to use gauge and cartridge: One review painted in my mind a picture of a wildly spinning cartridge relentlessly slamming into every car. on his way. To be honest, I don't understand this: I have a cartridge in one hand and a lever / caliber in the other. I don't want to get fat but I don't understand the problem. In contrast, a hose entry combined with a dual swivel chuck means that from wheelbarrows and bicycles to tandem trucks, construction vehicles and everything in between, you're unlikely to ever come across a valve you can find. t reach or more convenient to reach. • The meter is inaccurate and hard to read: I've always been a bit farsighted, but now that I'm getting older I'm becoming farsighted. I keep the 12-point font almost at arm's length so I can read clearly without reading glasses. But even without my readers, I can see when the pressure gauge is in line with the pressure mark and when it falls between the two marks. The sensor is marked in 2lb increments, but I wouldn't call it 2lb resolution. I am sure that my error does not exceed 1 pound. The temperature difference when filling the tire has a greater effect than these markings. • The chuck has no clip: I specifically didn't want a clip. I immediately switched to other cartridges because the clips have. I just want to be able to push and release on the valve stem. Fast and easy. First, clips make the process a two-step process. Second, from my experience with a variety of bike pumps, I often couldn't unclip the clip without losing enough air. When I remove the Milton from the stem there is only a slight hiss - there is virtually no air loss. I mean what good is a super accurate inflator if you lose a pound or more of air when you disconnect it? I found it a little pricey, but now I'll add one more feature to the above: it appears to be indestructible - I'm sure I can run over it multiple times without damage. I know it won't break. I hope someone found this useful.

Pros
  • ACCURACY: Performance tested and calibrated. Measured in pounds per square inch (PSI, 10-160, 2 lb increments). Kilopascal readings are also available by special order (kPa, 80-840, step 20)
Cons
  • Don't remember
