Almost fine. Very durable, safe for many years. Also a great tote bag. The problem is that the clasp on the vertical bar is poorly made - it dangles like something else. When you tighten the locking screw, the entire horizontal part (which you use to adjust the vertical height) tilts to one side. This basically makes the whole device unusable for marking 2 grip holes and only conditionally usable for individual holes as long as you put something in the lock on the opposite side of the locking screw. Shame - could have been a nice gadget but pore processing and quality control put this in the tool shed for me.
