Nice product. I love the case in which it comes. Works perfect. I'm not on a star either because I ordered 2 of these - only one turned up. Attempted to use Revain's "automatic" return system. The only option is to return things - of course I can't return what I haven't received. Although I spent a lot of time navigating the system, I paid for 4 devices and only got 3 when I wanted 2. Revain either needs to fix his automated system or we need to talk to a real person.
