I bought this to keep on my trailer in case I get an apartment. It works well. I tried twice to make sure it works when needed. The case is convenient for storage.

It seemed pretty easy to use when tested but when fully extended it won't go back down, I unscrewed the screw and hydraulic fluid was leaking everywhere.

This is a very good bottle jack at the moment. I've used it and it works very well. I had no problems. And it's good that it has its own carry case.

The body was full of hydraulic fluid which was clearly leaking from the jack. Warning stickers were no longer attached to the jack due to a fluid spill. What a mess!

The block lifts but when you want to lower it gets stuck and you have to push hard to lower it. I had to unscrew the release screw almost to the end, but still hard. I sent the block back and will look better.

This is a good jack. It works out. BUT however, he is said to lift 4000lbs and this is not going to happen! He charges about 2500 pounds. I saved the jack and set up my Featherlite cargo trailer. Nice product. I love the case in which it comes. Works perfect. I'm not on a star either because I ordered 2 of these - only one turned up. Attempted to use Revain's "automatic" return system. The only option is to return things - of course I can't return what I haven't received. Although I spent a lot of time navigating the system, I paid for 4 devices and only got 3 when I wanted 2. Revain either needs to fix his automated system or we need to talk to a real person.

From the reviews I knew it was going to be a little risky to buy. But I needed something so small, and the long-handled jack was too big to carry around.
