Exceptional Product for Tracking and Refills of OTC Medications
Easy to use, user friendly interface with multiple functions including patient tracking along side prescription refill reminders are great features! Notifications can be very disruptive if you have your phone nearby or out all day while working so it would help improve this area greatly!! Great product overall but I wish notifications could stay off until after hours when i am not actively using my computer as well which has been an ongoing issue since they were first implemented several years ago now. If notification issues continue we will eventually go back down hill towards other products because our staff needs them available 24 hrs 7 days per week without failability interruptions due their nature & frequency throughout shifts / breaks etc..
