I went to the wrong place and didn't use it for its intended purpose. Instead, I used it to bolt a full size spare tire to the back of my station wagon. Works perfectly. The offset neck places the tire at the correct height and clearance from the vehicle body. The base plates worked well for strengthening the sheet metal. The build quality is very solid and the paint quality feels solid.
