It has been very easy for me to integrate with our existing systems at my local fire station. The ability to see what alarms are pending allows us to make quicker decisions about responding versus letting them go off as it would otherwise cause unnecessary work later when we do respond. I have found that some of the features don't always behave correctly. For example, sometimes an alarm will not show up as being cleared or dismissed until after we've actually responded - which means if there was any further follow-up from our dispatcher when they called back to check on things, this could be missed. Otherwise no issues so far! Integration with other systems (FireEye) without having additional licenses/costs added. We had previously used another system that didn't allow us to monitor all areas within our district, but now we can effectively track everyone's locations and get.
