Excellent monitoring solution; Some glitches

It has been very easy for me to integrate with our existing systems at my local fire station. The ability to see what alarms are pending allows us to make quicker decisions about responding versus letting them go off as it would otherwise cause unnecessary work later when we do respond. I have found that some of the features don't always behave correctly. For example, sometimes an alarm will not show up as being cleared or dismissed until after we've actually responded - which means if there…

  • This also integrates well together allowing you access your entire team via one interface rather than multiple tools across different platforms each requiring separate logins &/or passwords
