Disclaimer: The original Vistas were the first really great wireless headphones I tried. They didn't fall out, worked perfectly and sounded great. I really wanted to love the second iteration and was the first to buy it, but I was disappointed. Quality control problems are innumerable. where to start The connection is unstable and one of the LEDs does not always light up. The battery does not always charge. I can't unpair them from my Bluetooth phones unless I turn off my Bluetooth phones. They stay connected to BLE all the time even if I turn off the Lost Buds/Case feature. Battery life is worse than the first generation model. Wireless charging doesn't seem to activate unless you place them in the exact right spot, and the LED looks like it's failing. Ambient and noise-cancelling modes are weak. I just disabled both of them to try to maximize battery life and even then they aren't as long lasting as my 1 year old OG Vistas. I was unable to reset them hard or soft despite following Jaybird's instructions. Even when they're in the box waiting to be returned, they annoy everyone in my house by asking them to connect. It seems to be some sort of Android quick pairing feature that fails. just awful in almost every way. They fit perfectly and sound just as good as the originals. I like the new slim body and massive contacts, but they're useless. I will wait 6 months to see if they fix the problems. in its current state it was clearly an urgent product
