Review on Plastic Pressure Treated MULITPACK WHOLESALE by Andre Motko

After reading all the comments on this product I wanted to share my experience with this product. We are in the process of replacing a large number of fences. on our property and bought enough caps to complete the first phase (600) of a 4x4 wooden bar (actually 3.5x3.5). In my opinion, JSP has exceeded the usual expectations. Firstly the product was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule - great news for any package. Secondly, as some commenters have posted, I have encountered NO scratches or brittleness issues with the product I received. In fact, they look and feel very durable. We attach the caps to the post with construction glue. Finally I had one of the caps that melted a bit on one side. The packing list is very BOLD and says that if there is a problem we must call or email which I did. Guess what? The customer service I received from MIKE was great and very responsive. He sends a replacement case and makes sure everything is ok when ordering. We will definitely continue to support this manufacturer for any future product needs based on this experience. Overall, I really appreciate this manufacturer being so responsive and quickly resolving 1 issue out of 600 hats).
