Pleasantly surprised

Due to the lack of enough USB ports on the PS4 console, I urgently needed a headset that could be connected to the PS4 remote control Give up the port my console free. I stumbled upon this headset's site by accident and was immediately intrigued after seeing the amount of great reviews it received, especially considering its low price. In general, in my experience with gaming headsets, the cheaper the price, the cheaper the headset sound and comfort. However, after reading the reviews about it, I decided to take a risk and order this BlueFire headset. Boy am I glad I did that. First let me say that while it is possible to plug the headset into the USB port to make the headset light up, I don't use that part of the headset so I can't tell you how. certain function works. I know you can find it in various other reviews here if you are interested. Now for what I can tell you. Firstly, as advertised in the details of this product, you don't need to do any complicated settings to get the headset working on your PS4. In fact, for me it was as simple as putting a plug in the bottom of the remote and it worked. As for the sound, I'll say this: I've always been a huge Turtle Beach fan. I liked my previous headset because it had bass boost and the bass was impressive so I was a little concerned the BlueFire would be a little disappointing. Although the BlueFire has slightly less bass, the sound is quite impressive for a budget headset. I paid almost twice as much for a headset that didn't have this sound quality. It was also surprisingly easy to hear chat with this headset. I've struggled to find a pair that allows me to be absorbed in the game sounds and hear the person I'm talking to. The first thing that struck me was that I could actually hear my friend without any difficulty; it was crystal clear. After asking how it sounds on their site, they said they had no hearing problems at all and I never had to raise my voice to be heard playing. In terms of comfort, the first thing I noticed right away was that the BlueFire was a lot more comfortable on my head than my Turtle Beach pair. The ear pads fit my ears very well and I don't feel like my head is being squeezed in a vise when wearing them. It's also fairly light so I don't have to put a lot of pressure on my neck. One final thing to point out is that I was concerned that the headset connected to the remote would be too noticeable and a permanent distraction. Not this headset. The cable isn't flimsy, but it's very light, so I don't notice it at all. All in all, if you are looking for a cheap headset that will let you enjoy the sounds of the game you are playing, that will allow you to hear your friends chatting while you are playing, and that will not cause you any physical pain while wearing it all the time, then this headset is for you.
