I just replaced the wire rope on my winch after a VERY few minutes followed by a few swearing at the winch wire as something it can't do. .I love synthetic rope, it's so much easier to work with and my delicate hands will love it. Cable stopper so that the cable loop does not get tangled in the fairlead. The rope also had a very nice feature - a protective sleeve which I had to remove as my pulley was too small to roll up. Overall, this kit is exceptional value.
