Review on πŸ“ž Enhanced Communication Efficiency: AT&T 993 2-Line Phone with Caller ID Charcoal by Renee Hackbarth

AT&T's 993 Wired Dual Channel Speakerphone with Headset Jack

The phone is fully functional. It sits a bit flat but has a backlit LED screen so it's easy to see the time, date, caller ID, etc. It has a wired or wireless (with wired base) headset jack. I really like the large and conspicuous number pad, it's easy to see, type numbers and just feel safe pressing the keys. My favorite feature is the one-touch speed dial. It's really a touch. You look at the phone, press a button and it dials the number through the speakerphone or through the headset. Many of the other settings I've used have a step or two to select speed dial. Other function keys like redial, conference, hold, etc. are easy to see and use. The programming features are well thought out and cover the required variables well (e.g. multiple area codes that count as "local" for large metropolitan areas), but one thing you knew this was going to happen is the programming feature itself outdated, simple, but time consuming. However, once your details have been entered, you are done except for additions, changes and deletions. For the price I would buy it again.
