Review on Powerful High-Speed Automatic Battery-Powered Sharpener by Carla Anderson

Well, two things: I like the sharpener. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I like the fact that it has a manual function. So if the batteries are running low and you don't have spares on hand, you can always sharpen your pencil. It is in our office copy center for all to see and has been used many times. Second, and even more important today, I have to commend Trepmall's customer service. I got three emails from them as soon as I bought the sharpener. One that let me know it was on its way, with built in tracking info AND a FAQ PDF giving me all the instructions and other specs. So if I have any problems or questions I have the link right at my fingertips - brilliant customer service! I received a second email notifying me it was delivered so I didn't have to think about it. Then finally a check to see if everything is ok with the product and a link that I can look at if I want. All in all, Trepmall, don't change anything! Thank you!
