Big mistake in the purchase. So far I've tried using 3 sizes. No one would be able to properly tighten a piece of this size as the steel is too hard and will not allow tightening. When I tried to tighten the last one, the Allen key broke off. Using a set of hex wrenches, I removed the allen screw before tightening the stop on the bit. I also have a set of machine tool bits that come in the thousands and have found that the sleeves only tighten on bits over the specified sleeve size. Now they're in my junk barrel!
