They might look like the best drill stops at Revain

this is junk they might look like the best drill stops at Revain but they are cheap crap. the Allen key does not fit, the ring does not tighten properly or straight. When tightened, the bottom end will crack and break, resulting in a very useless piece of crap. I unfortunately bought two sets due to shipping times and am now stuck with $25 crap. Giving them to a friend might be bad.

Pros
  • 1/8" 3/16"
Cons
  • you could go for a newer model

Don't waste money!

Big mistake in the purchase. So far I've tried using 3 sizes. No one would be able to properly tighten a piece of this size as the steel is too hard and will not allow tightening. When I tried to tighten the last one, the Allen key broke off. Using a set of hex wrenches, I removed the allen screw before tightening the stop on the bit. I also have a set of machine tool bits that come in the thousands and have found that the sleeves only tighten on bits over the specified sleeve size. Now they're

Pros
  • 1/2 inch; Allen key included
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

The product needs more careful quality control!

I settled on a 3/8" drill stop but the drill bit wouldn't go in. I loosened the screw to the point where it fell out of the stop and sprayed with WD-40 but the bit still wouldn't go in. I stuck a screwdriver in the socket and tried to pry it open with a hammer, I tried twisting it with a screwdriver, tried to insert a bit, and then broke it special industry for many years and know what i do that sometimes bad parts slip through but they dont help me now that i am above this i think i will buy…

Pros
  • 1/4" 5/16"
Cons
  • No work
