Without a doubt, this is a beautiful frying pan. During the first applications, the food easily slides off. I only use wood and silicone cookware to preserve and extend the life of the nonstick surface. However, it now shows spots where food is sticking. Also, I bought it assuming it would have a flat, level surface. To my disappointment, the first time I used a shallow frying pan, the oil pooled around the edges, forming a circle and leaving the center of the pan bare of oil. It was immediately clear to me that the pan was either slightly convex in the center or deformed. My old pans were shallower which meant the oil spread evenly over the surface and covered the entire pan. I am very disappointed in the bulbous center of this pan.
