Without a doubt, this is a beautiful frying pan. During the first applications, the food easily slides off. I only use wood and silicone cookware to preserve and extend the life of the nonstick surface. However, it now shows spots where food is sticking. This frying pan is great, but with all but one flaw. He has a hump in the middle. It cooks everything we want perfectly, except when we want bright eggs on the sunny side. Because of the small hump, all eggs have a tendency to spread out on the outside edges, making it extremely difficult to cook light or medium-sized eggs. Everything else is great. So remember this is NOT an air fryer. We will look for another pan to cook the eggs but other than that we love this pan. It's a good size and easy

I really like copper, especially the hammered look of well-machined copper. I've looked everywhere and yes, I've seen a hundred commercials for the Gotham Steel Skillet (my kids call it the Batman/Dark Knight Skillet). I've searched everywhere and found many different pans. I decided to give it a try to see if it was rubbish or really worth the price. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance and buy this pan. I will definitely buy this set.
