This frying pan is great, but with all but one flaw. He has a hump in the middle. It cooks everything we want perfectly, except when we want bright eggs on the sunny side. Because of the small hump, all eggs have a tendency to spread out on the outside edges, making it extremely difficult to cook light or medium-sized eggs. Everything else is great. So remember this is NOT an air fryer. We will look for another pan to cook the eggs but other than that we love this pan. It's a good size and easy to handle. It's easy to clean and deep enough to work with almost anything. I recommend this pan. Just not for lighter/medium eggs. Or just fry a good scrambled egg. It doesn't work well if you don't beat eggs. Okay, I'm done, now I want some eggs.
