These blackout shades make my room dark as to where it blocks out light and lets me sleep peacefully. They’re super easy to install as it’s just a 3M strip to attach to the wall. I didn’t need to cut it and it took seconds to put on. I have normal blinds in my window sill and I just put these in front.The downsides is the instructions are terrible and don’t help at all. The clips it comes with are pointless. I wish it came with a way to roll up or keep them hanging to allow sunlight to come in.Overall not bad for a college room or dormUpdate: here’s some pictures of what it looks like in real life. Really worth the buy as the black clips it comes with makes it handy to stay up! Definitely a quick way to get a bright room dark
