Installation and cable management in one!
This is a great solution that I use for routing and organizing low voltage wiring on new and old homes. I haven't found an inspector who doesn't agree yet. The nice thing is that you can remove the top latch and add or remove cables as needed! There will always be a customer who "forgot" that they need 3 more CAT6 nodes here, or "forgot" to mention that they would need 5 VOIP nodes there, etc. For new construction, that is code approval. For the old job, it's installation and cable management rolled into one.
