Review on 🖥️ StarTech.com 3-Port Multi Monitor Adapter: DisplayPort MST Hub for Triple 4K Monitors - Windows PCs Only by Noah Smith

Not sure if I need to replace this thing. Bought 7/13/17 to set up 2 new monitors and 50% of the time the computer is on I have to turn it on and off multiple times before it recognizes the monitors instead of just staying black and showing no signal. I tried turning on the monitors on the computers first and vice versa. There doesn't seem to be any difference. It's pretty annoying. Does that need to be changed or is it like that? I'm hoping to get a response from someone at StarTech as soon as possible. Update from 07/20/17 So far, StarTech has not been contacted or even responded to my review. Update 7/23/17 StarTech while they comment others. Very sad. Update 7/26/17 Still no contact or response to this review. Update 10.08.17 Revain replaced it and everything works now, it will upgrade to 4 stars now but StarTech absolutely didn't provide good support.
