Delivery problem

I'm not sure if this happened before packaging or during shipping (although it was in its undamaged box I think it was before packaging), one of the bottles was leaking . It was as if the top was lowered to squeeze out a little before shipping. Weight seems ok, doesn't seem to have lost much but not very happy that I had to pull them off before I could use them. I only wish they had been more careful with the products or sent another one which is a mess.
