Review on Chemical Guys HOL_201 Black Maintenance by Gary Zielinski

Black wax paste dissolves over time (see pictures)

A few months ago I bought a black paint care kit to paint my black VW GTI and BMW X3 but only recently got around to trying these products. The Black Light Glaze worked great after a small color adjustment. However, when I opened the black wax paste, the product inside turned into a thick/soupy mass resembling cottage cheese. Remember I kept it (just the wax paste, not the glaze) in the fridge in my garage for a few months before opening it for the first time. So this may be due to user error. The same thing happened to another can of chemical rim wax that was kept in the same fridge. In comparison, I had a very old (over a year old) can of P21S carnauba wax stored in the same fridge that never had this problem. such a division is perfectly normal. I've tried mixing several times but couldn't get back the thick viscous consistency seen in their YouTube video. I decided to throw away both wax cans. I still have Black Light Glaze and would happily continue using this product, but I would think twice before buying any of their expensive wax pastes.
