I have two of these and they both came with a strap but one has a longer strap than the other (the black one had longer than the other) Blue). I think I'll either change the strap or add an extension if necessary. Otherwise the product is great! It's so easy to open for a quick treat, and the way it closes keeps the treat securely in the pocket. I haven't had a single leak and have dropped it multiple times. It seems really durable and hopefully I'm right. We haven't had much time to find out, but the trainer we see for puppy classes has one and has been using it for quite some time. In fact, she's the person who suggested I get the same one as hers. I definitely recommend this product to my friends and everyone involved in training. It's perfect for fast and long workouts and doesn't skip any treats.
