Review on Danco 10507 X Large Dishwasher Fitting by Jay Arnold

First things first: ALWAYS remove the flow restrictor (plastic washer with 1/8" hole in the center) or you will end up with (Federal regulation) bad flow threading on the adapter, and no matter how tight I put it there was always a small leak when connecting to the dishwasher. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the threads go past the washer to the bottom of the aerator's plastic insert Penetrating the threaded area (which is fairly easy as plastic is not a good seal and there is also a plastic/plastic bond at that point) it can then get past the rubber washer and out through the threads of the adapter.. I have related Written to Danco and hope they will address the issue in the future.
