Worked well with leaks until it broke at the faucet.

Simple, served many years but eventually broke inside the fitting due to thin walled metal in the threaded portion. Also leaked. Getting the broken piece out of the faucet will be a problem.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Volume

Ideal for portable dishwasher

My mom has a portable dishwasher, she rolls over to the sink and holds on to the faucet. Her previous aerator was leaking a lot of water so I bought her this one hoping to fix the problem. It works great, no more wasted water, good secure fit. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Tap internal thread broken off

Bought in 2016 and leaked like the other review. When I tried to remove it, the threads inside the faucet came loose with little effort. I ended up having to remove the faucet and use a Dremel tool to remove the threads from the adapter so I could screw in the replacement part

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Almost never

For an emergency. - Kitchen Gadgets

I bought this appliance because my grandson borrowed my portable dishwasher while I wasn't using it and lost the adapter that came with it. This one leaked pretty badly and had to arrange the hose so that it didn't leak onto the floor. I read other reviews on this and other similar reviews and knew that was the problem. I've only needed it long enough to find an OEM. As soon as I received it the leak was gone.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some little things

Not worth it: Kitchen installation

I bought this because the adapter that came with my portable dishwasher didn't have an aerator. It claims to work with all portable dishwashers, but that's not the case. Do not use this product if you have a GE portable dishwasher. We put it on the sink and put it in the dishwasher and it leaked. Also, our faucet lost a lot of pressure due to the aerator. We could have dealt with that if the adapter wasn't leaking.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

No aerator adapter; just an adapter.

I bought this to replace the original (I lost it) that came with my apartment size portable washing machine. However, note that the "Large" shows a photo of the "aerator adapter" but the small one I ordered and received is just an adapter without an aerator. no leaks.

  • Weight
Cons
  • Update Availability

suitable for a dishwasher that uses a certain amount of water.

We have the original sink connector but it is straight without an aerator which increases the water flow, suitable for a dishwasher that uses a certain amount of water, bad for my wallet. So it seemed like a good compromise for lazy people who don't want to switch back the ending. The problem is that it flows along the thread. It is dishwasher safe but the internal thread is not suitable. Even with thread tape I couldn't stop the leak, only slow it down. Poor build quality. I'm giving 2 stars…

Leaks when using internal threads and connecting to a dishwasher.

First things first: ALWAYS remove the flow restrictor (plastic washer with 1/8" hole in the center) or you will end up with (Federal regulation) bad flow threading on the adapter, and no matter how tight I put it there was always a small leak when connecting to the dishwasher. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the threads go past the washer to the bottom of the aerator's plastic insert Penetrating the threaded area (which is fairly easy as plastic is not a good seal and there is also a…

  • Durable Test Results
