Review on CRAFTMEMORE by Steven Latham

I was thrilled to find CRAFTMEMORE, an internet company that offered everything a committed maker like myself could ever require. My time spent in this store was a living hell, unfortunately. To begin, they had an extremely limited supply of beads and other jewelry-making materials. The few things they did sell looked and felt cheap. When compared to other craft supply shops I've frequented, I was underwhelmed by the quality of their sewing notions and supplies. When I finally did locate what I was looking for, the costs were ridiculous. Their terrible support for existing customers was the final straw. A salesperson was nasty and unhelpful when I called to ask about a product; she appeared more concerned in getting me off the phone than in answering my queries. Worse yet, when my order finally arrived, it was missing several goods for which I had already paid. In sum, working with CRAFTMEMORE was a terrible experience for me. If you're a serious craftsman who places a premium on high-quality materials and friendly service, I wouldn't suggest shopping here. Don't bother with this store any longer than necessary.
