First of all, the bristles are very hard! I hope they will bend more easily over time so I don't have to worry about splashing when cleaning the inside of coffee mugs or glasses. I didn't see any scratches and just walked lightly on the specific surface that bothers me. Contrary to other reviews, the brush does not leak and one wipe is enough for basic cleaning. I also feel like you don't have to spray too often because the brush holds most of the soap. I'm really undecided on how I feel about this because it's hard to really do much for glasses and small holes, but just twist the brush and hope it cleans the sides well. But with everything else I think it's pretty good!
