Review on 🔧 ACDelco Professional 38274: Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly with Pulley for Optimal Performance by Fredo Zhan

My son drives this after we installed a new engine in 2015. We then installed a new belt, but the belt tensioner has not changed. He had a problem when he used a lot of electricity (e.g. windscreen wipers, radios, flashlights) and ended up dying of the battery. My clue was that he showed me that when he revved the engine the flow would change dramatically from less than half to well over half. Belt and belt tensioner changed. Everything seems fine after driving in a severe thunderstorm last night. I'll let you know if the problem reoccurs, but it's a lesson for others to do the simplest things first (don't look at the generator like a friend told him, consider the simplest solutions first ).
