The ability to have all your queries into one place for easy access. I like that it gives you a lot of options depending on what you're looking at. It can be overwhelming sometimes when there are so many different choices. You also do not always get explanations as to why they picked certain things over others. Make sure if you want this product that you know exactly how much time you will spend using it before purchasing. Since we use this system mostly just for reporting purposes, we don't spend too long with each report but rather go back and create new ones. This helps us keep our reports up-to-date without spending hours going through them every month or week!
