New Vue-based Cloud App development tool

I like how easy it is for me as someone with no previous experience in salesforce or cloud software to learn this product by going through training videos online and then using them as reference when needed! I do not think there's anything i dislike about new vuel at all so far but maybe if they released more features sooner? Definitely give NVAO demo trials before purchasing (at least one) and use their support team - excellent service as well! Our organization has been running off different…

  • There is no video tutorial or walk through how to use the product and the videos on the website aren't helpful.
  • They should be able to integrate an excel plugin so that when they finish processing a file they could save the result to a spreadsheet.

The software is very basic and does not allow customization of the report layouts.

There are several issues I have with the software. First, there is no way to customize the report layouts. I am unable to use the same layout for reports that are built for different purposes. For instance, the calendar view shows all events from the past 12 months while the financial view shows information for only the current month. Second, I'm not sure if the data sources can be customized to suit specific needs. Third, it would be nice to see the progress of the tasks assigned to team…

  • Great UI (User Interface) - easy to navigate and the functions are clear.
Cons
  • If you want to share work you have to do through email, then there is no sharing of work done.
  • If you have multiple accounts you can't keep track of what you did.
  • Can't easily see the progress of a task that you started.

New Vue is a cloud based CRM software designed specifically for small businesses.

This is my first experience with New Vue so far, and I am loving it! It was such a relief to find a tool that is fast, user friendly and is extremely intuitive. A great asset to any small business looking to get organized, save money and take control of their digital presence.   • Easy to use interface, very user-friendly and super easy to navigate.
  • Quick to set up, even with minimal knowledge on how it works.
Cons
  • If you have 10 contacts and then add another, you would have to create a new contact in order to continue using your contact management system.
  • For example, when setting up each profile, you have to give them a title, first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc
  • Both methods are time consuming, and I would rather not have to do either of these things every time I wanted to add a
