The software is very basic and does not allow customization of the report layouts.

There are several issues I have with the software. First, there is no way to customize the report layouts. I am unable to use the same layout for reports that are built for different purposes. For instance, the calendar view shows all events from the past 12 months while the financial view shows information for only the current month. Second, I'm not sure if the data sources can be customized to suit specific needs. Third, it would be nice to see the progress of the tasks assigned to team members. Finally, I'd like to have more flexibility in terms of how the data can be displayed.

Pros

It's the best thing since sliced bread!
Great UI (User Interface) - easy to navigate and the functions are clear.

Cons

If you want to share work you have to do through email, then there is no sharing of work done.
If you have multiple accounts you can't keep track of what you did.
Can't easily see the progress of a task that you started.
