Review on New Vue by James Mayfield
New Vue is a cloud based CRM software designed specifically for small businesses.
This is my first experience with New Vue so far, and I am loving it! It was such a relief to find a tool that is fast, user friendly and is extremely intuitive. A great asset to any small business looking to get organized, save money and take control of their digital presence. I recommend anyone who wants to build a better CRM, be more efficient with social media and start growing their business. I love how they allow you to customize your dashboard however you want. And the fact that everything from creating an account to updating contact info can all be done online through the same web page is very convenient. Plus there’s no setup fee or long term contracts which is always a plus.
Pros
- Easy to use interface, very user-friendly and super easy to navigate.
- Quick to set up, even with minimal knowledge on how it works.
Cons
- If you have 10 contacts and then add another, you would have to create a new contact in order to continue using your contact management system.
- For example, when setting up each profile, you have to give them a title, first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc
- Both methods are time consuming, and I would rather not have to do either of these things every time I wanted to add a
