Some pros: Large adjustment range for current (0.7-18A) and voltage (up to 18V). Voltage adjustment in 0.1V steps is the most convenient feature of this model, it was because of it that I bought it. I already have a Vympel-37, the main drawback of which I consider to be the large discreteness of charge voltage settings (14.1V-14.8V-16.1V). In both of my cars, the relay-regulator is set to 14.4V, the batteries must be charged to the same voltage, and when using Vympel-57, I can accurately set this voltage level, but in the 37th model - no, as a result I will receive or undercharge at 14.1V, or overcharge at 14.8V. With its cons: Haven't found it yet. If only the connecting wires are not intended for frost, and the device itself has successfully passed the test at -30, it works, only the display "barely moves".
