Cooked chicken with pieces of different sizes. At 3/4 of the time I stuck the probe into a medium sized piece, set the temp to 165. I closed the grill lid and monitored the temperature. When he hit 165, he squeaked. I placed the smaller pieces to the side of the grill with no heat and lowered the overall temperature. Place the sensor in a large piece and cook for another 2-3 minutes before it beeps. The other pieces were the same size, so I pinned them all together. Having a real-time temperature and not overcooking helped (I had to check the smallest pieces first) but it was the wettest chicken I've ever grilled (always struggles with chicken) and wasn't one. were undercooked, only small pieces a bit dry but not unbearable. I can't wait to cook the next steak!
